Ellington spring trunk show + March handbag giveaway

Ellington, our local handbag heroes, invite shoppers to swing by the store for a daylong trunk show of new spring collections, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. this Saturday, March 13.
Ellington will show off new handbags in sophisticated spring shades of washed purple, green and grey, plus new hats, scarves and jewelry. We are especially eager to get an in-person look at the new Roxanne shoulder bag, with all its glam rock buckles and grommets. They’ll serve refreshements all day, and you can enter to win a $50 gift certificate or the handbag of your choice.
Speaking of winning things, there’s also still plenty of time to enter Ellington’s March Bag of the Month Giveaway. Last month they gave away a Lindsay tote in cool crushed nylon, and this month you can enter to win an Eva Satchel (above, valued at $159). This petite messenger bag is one of our favorite among the new Ellington’s spring styles – the glazed Italian lamb leather is scrumptious, it comes in basic black or quirky-chic green or purple, and the crossbody strap is perfect for stylish, active Portlanders.
