Flurry grand opening pop-up party Thursday

Hold the fashion phone! Another grand opening party has popped up at Flurry! Not to be confused with last week’s grand grand opening and ribbon cutting with the mayor, this week’s party will be more about the party. Pop into the Flurry Holiday Pop-Up Store celebration from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. this Thursday, Nov. 19.
Last week we filled you in about the gist of the new downtown Portland pop-up shops, but now let’s talk shop – literally. Presented by Portland Fashion Synergy (PDXFS), Flurry will remain open downtown through Thursday, Dec. 31, selling clothing, footwear, and jewelry from 15 Portland-area designers.
Shop for jewelry from Sahlia Michelle (right), cool coats and faux wrap dresses from WeMa; high-end fashions for size 14-above from Betty Jean Couture; classic, vintage inspired designs from Christa Taylor; performance gear for men by DefYance; girl-next door designs from Isaac Hers; minimalist styles from Janeane Marie; sophisticated streetwear from La Merde; recycled clothing and accessories from Looptworks; reclaimed cashmere hats and scarves from Luminita; modern, sustainable style from Maytee; jewelry from O’Pearl; sneakers from Ryz Shoes; and easy dresses and tops from Varnish Clothing (top).
