It’s always nice having another good excuse to shop Pin-Me Apparel, a favorite Mississippi Avenue destination for feminine streetwear and artful jewelry. The latest excuse to shop Pin-Me is Grayling jewelry designer Katy Kippen’s trunk show, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 26. (That’s today, folks, in case you’re nursing the same Icon Tattoo Studios grand opening party hangover as some of us.)
Kippen will be on hand to show the latest Grayling pieces from her GlamRock collection, all gorgeous tangles of crystals and chains; and Pin-Me will offer champagne and treats, plus 20 percent savings on store purchases made during the event (except jewelry). Ten percent of Grayling sales proceeds will benefit Autism Speaks.
