French fashion label Paul & Joe will launch a new “Alice in Wonderland” beauty collection at Harrods department store in London tomorrow, but guess what! You can find the cute cosmetic collection in Portland today.
Fez Studio Apothecary in the Pearl District, the city’s exclusive retailer of Paul & Joe Beaute, will launch the new Alice collection with an in-store Mad Hatter Tea Party, 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Thursday, March 4. Guests of honor in attendance will include Alice, the Queen of Hearts and the Mad Hatter, of course. (The new Walt Disney Pictures and Tim Burton “Alice in Wonderland” movie opens tomorrow, by the way.)
The new Paul & Joe Beaute Alice in Wonderland collection includes pretty, limited edition tins with classic Disney illustrations, which contain blotting paper and a mirror (for shine control), and moisturizing lip treatments. You can choose from a pink Fantasy collection or a pale blue Daydream collection.
The spring Mad Hatter Tea Party at Fez also will feature other new spring beauty products and demonstrations from experts, including Jodi Osborne of Kinerase Pro + Therapy, Jackie Du of Clarisonic PRO and Rena Hamer of Nu Face. Guests will enjoy complimentary nail polish changes courtesy of Deborah Lippmann nails, raffles and free gifts with purchase. Plus, a $30 purchase will reserve you a seat at the Spring Tea Table.
