One of your best bets for snagging a designer deal on a great year-round bag is at the Northwest Portland Ellington Handbags Sample Sale this weekend, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. this Friday, September 10 through Sunday, September 12. Remember, fall dressing this year is all about polish, and that goes double for your purse.
