“Gift Grabber” limo shopping party in the Pearl
As if great discounts aren’t reason enough to shop, a few savvy Pearl District businesses have joined up to present an evening’s worth of extra-fun shopping incentives – like free limo rides, free champagne and treats, prizes and stunning giftwrap ideas, like Moulé’s fish wrap above. Join the Pearl District’s “Gift Grabber” Progressive Holiday Shopping Party from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. tomorrow evening, Tuesday, Dec. 8.
Guests are invited to meet at Pearl Medspa (N.W. 14th & Couch St., right) at 5 p.m. to sip wine and mingle before being whisked off to chauffeured limousines and off to the evening’s shopping destinations. You’re not going far, so there will be plenty of time to shop and save 10 to 30 percent on purchases at limo stops West Elm (modern home furnishings), Judith Arnell (exquisite diamonds and fine jewelry), Posh Boutique (designer baby clothes, toys and accessories) and Moulé (one of the city’s best boutique department stores).
All of this shopping will be followed by an after party at Candy Ultra Lounge, with prizes from the retailers and a free food buffet, plus $1 from each drink sale will benefit Trillium Family Services. You’ll also be able to bid for one of three fully decorated Christmas trees, in case you’re too busy shopping to decorate.
