Narcisse boutique, Portland’s exclusive retailer of ultra-feminine Danish line Noa Noa, will mark down everything in store by 40 percent (excluding handmade items) now through Tuesday, Feb. 9.

Narcisse owners Heidi Bush and Dawn Goldsmith are heading off to Denmark on a buying trip, so they’re marking down everything to sell fast and clear room for new merchandise, including a huge Noa Noa spring shipment.
