Save 30% on new jeans at The Gap denim exchange
While some of us are super excited about tumbling down a rabbit hole this weekend, others are just as excited about falling into The Gap.
Starting tomorrow, bring any old pair of jeans (or any used denim item, for that matter) to The Gap, and they’ll give you a 30 percent discount on any new denim item – that includes new jeans, denim jackets, vests an more. The promotion runs Friday, March 5 through Sunday, March 14.
Portlanders especially can appreciate such a huge retail chain getting involved in a clothing recycling endeavor, plus you’ll save on a few choice pieces for spring.
The Gap’s new spring denim collection includes pale denim biker jackets, light shrunken denim vests, faded denim blazers and jeans from skinny to slouchy, dark or light, with holes, patches, ankle zippers and the like. They’ve also got a few new spring jeggings, a trend we can’t get enough of still.

Good idea, but I just can’t get past their Canadian Tuxedo look on their website. Has anyone else noticed this?
