Portland jewelry designer Katy Kippen recently launched her new Grayling Jewelry Spring 2010 collection, and at the same time introduced online shopping to make it easier for us to get our hands on her signature tangles of crystal and chain whenever our need for gorgeous, locally made jewelry should strike.
Kippen’s Caviar necklace (above), one of her most popular styles of the season, consists of a single chunk of polished agate set between champagne crystals and wrapped in brass chain. Several more strands of chain drape from the collar, resulting in a perfect fusion of nature + glamour. Kippen says the necklace pairs equally well with dressy attire, or can lend some extra statement oomph to jeans and a tee.
