We scoured our favorite local shops for the best New Year’s Eve party togs amid the post-Christmas sales, and we rounded up these neat deals on designer denim, WOW dresses and pretty party tops for hopping around on the most social night of the year.
In Portland, we love wearing denim out on New Year’s Eve.
